HONORS BAND

The Rowlett Honors Band is considered the second performing ensemble and is also comprised of students in all four grades. To be a member of this group, a student must demonstrate a high level of musical maturity, technical proficiency, and commitment to rehearsal and practice time. Auditioning for all-region band and playing a solo or ensemble at the solo and ensemble contest is required. Private lessons are strongly encouraged
